5.   Business/Policy Revisions/Motions

5.1   PEPPM Minibid for UPS - A motion is requested to approve the attached technology bid.

5.2   Sunday Building Use Request - A motion is requested to approve the use of Solanco High School on Sunday, April 29, 2018 by The Friends of Jess King for Congress for a public meet and greet session.

5.3   Clermont/Swift Schools - A motion is requested for approval to solicit bids for Additions and Renovations to Clermont/Swift Schools.

5.4   Demolition Services - A motion is requested to obtain demolition services for the collapsed portion of the wrestling building. Payment for the services will be paid directly to the contractor from the school district's insurance company.

5.5   Architecture Services - A motion is requested to obtain architectural services for the wrestling building's construction.

5.6   Change Orders - A motion is requested to approve the attached change orders.

5.7   Act 80 Approval - A motion is requested to schedule graduation for Friday, June 8. (selecting one Act 80 day for 12 grade students).
