Message from Mrs. Boff
Providence Elementary School!
Welcome to Providence Elementary School. My name is Diane Boff, and I am honored to join the Providence staff, students, and parents as your principal for another year. I have had the opportunity to spend 24 years in the elementary education setting as a First, Second, and Third Grade Teacher, as well as several years as Instructional Support and assistant principal. All of my educational experiences have taught me a very important lesson: learning has to be about individual learners and how to meet a variety of needs to foster the growth of the whole child.
The staff at Providence Elementary is focused on creating well-rounded students who find their strengths and unleash their potential for success, now and in the future. This is accomplished by providing our students the opportunities to explore, discover, and create. Along with a strong emphasis in the basic skill areas of language arts, math, science, and social studies, students are provided experiences in art, library, music, physical education and education in behavior expectations to build and support the community.
Our students, staff and parent community are what make Providence Elementary a safe and caring environment. We sincerely believe that home and school is a partnership, and we must work closely together for the benefit of our children. The education of your child can be promoted through consistent communication, volunteering, involvement in school activities, and being actively involved in the P.T.O. I look forward to working with all of you to provide each child a safe, caring, and joyful place to grow and learn.
Sincerely,
Diane Boff |
