We Take Pride In Our Facilities
The Solanco Building and Grounds Department works hard to make sure facilities are clean, efficient, and well-maintained. We take pride in the quality and cleanliness of our facilities. The department also maintains over 700 acres of property.
The department completes repair requests, both routine and emergency as well as maintaining utility and energy management systems. The department also monitors air and water quality, monitors asbestos abatement, snow removal, building security, inventory, fire protection systems, and pest control.
